A case of a Mexican customer.
This customer came from Alibaba inquiry. He needs to purchase volume damper, also he wants to figure out how the motor works. So, I make a live stream and invite the customer to have a direct communication with me. I illustrate how the motor work in our sample room and confirm the quantity and size that he need. By doing this live stream, I introduce our office and built a bridge of trust with client.
Also, the client wants to test his ventilation system, I give him a special low MOQ help. And the client places a bigger order with us later.
